Dave. You are not thinking this one through. I know the answers to my questions and this person does have a very significant influence over the company. He has influenced in the following ways to date: 1. The hiring of Randy Malinoff. 2. The hiring of Corso' firm. 3. I believe the successful hiring of a CFO with big 6 experience. I suspect that he has also "forced" the company to look at the awarding of shares to Arif Adam to maintain his position at 51% and look at the options to take shares off the table. I am not in a position to be able to supply you with answers; however, if you think about it, maybe you can work it out. Your logic does not apply in this case. LTBFV, Dick
