We'll see whose logic prevails. I still think you're looking at a reverse split. How long has the line of credit been in existence? If Bristol has had influence for the past few months, why didn't they use their influence to stop Arif from issuing shares to himself in the first place? If Bristol couldn't stop him from issuing, what makes you think they will talk him into cancelling some shares? How many of your shares are you willing to "give" back for the good of the company? Same question for Richard Viticus.
