Where is the logic to a reverse split. Are you doing this to reduce Arif's shares? If so that's just plain stupid. At this point letting the company regain stockholder confidence by doing what they say should be the only concern of all stockholders and those that may be. Within the next 30 days or so I believe that we will see the promises of management come true. I think that threats and false predictions do nothing to validate ones presence in this or any other stock. JMHO Steve

Dave. I'm not going to give back any of my shares. Why in God's green earth should I be giving back shares, I bought them on the open market. Regarding the timing of the Bristol Asset Management involvement, you are asking the wrong individual, I don't know. I suggest we drop this one. It seems to be moving to the conclusion that you will not admit that just because you hold a 51% ownership you don't necessarily control what is going on. OK, if you don't buy it you don't buy it. My conclusion is that I am right, it is he who has the leverage that controls what is going on. It has become clear that Bristol has a lot of clout!!! ... and thank the Good Lord for that!!!
