Zeev, I'd be interested in some commentary from you on the ramifications of this piece. I was aware that the foundries were running at under capacity, partly because they expanded their capacity this year, of course. In particular, I'd like to know what you see as the significance of the overcapacity at .25u and .35u and the continued demand for .5u, as well as the declining prices for .35u. Does this mean that the wafer surplus is unlikely to end anytime soon because there remains a huge overhead of transistor production capacity in the form of both excess wafer capacity, and unused smaller geometry capability?

I'd also like to know what you think of the prediction that semi capacity and demand will not be back in demand until 2000. Would this mean that an upturn in demand for equipment is unlikely until 2000/2001?

Thanks,

Carl
