I'm currently in Florida. The Sam's Club had machines about two weeks ago, but I guess they must have sold them all. The Best Buy I went to yesterday did not have one of those BTO machines. Those machines are pretty neat. I saw one in the Best Buy in Durham, NC and in Radio Shack. I'm heading up to Boston next week...I'm sure I could find a machine there, but I think I'll wait for the new models and Windows 98.

It seems odd that computer stores, such as Best Buy, would want to have empty shelf space. This leads me to believe that Compaq probably stopped shipping the "old" models and is gearing up to ship a truck load of new ones.
