Sergio, I think that the internet stocks can surpass in a general market for many years to come. Granted they have had a run lately, and are in the process of correcting. To me this was like the begining of the "gold rush days" everyone went crazy! It has calmed down now, but I think it will pick up again soon. Tonight on the news I found out that our CIA doesnt have spies anymore, it is hardware. Millions of pages of information to be read from satelite feed images over computers. They spend billions on this every year, and cant keep up with the human element of it to read it all. They also said tonight that the internet was another tool the pentagon is using. Our schools are all being wired here for the internet,we shop, bank, pay our bills, look for houses, air travel, log on for news, sports, entertainment. The kids are going to sites to play games, research, and learn many things that have never before been available to them. The big casinos are looking into the internet, and some of them are there now, having great success. Friends are talking to friends all over the world. Buying and selling stocks on the internet has become a way we can be responsible for our own financial future, researching almost as well as the big houses can. Electronic mail is being delievered in 3 seconds, rather than 3 days the conventional way. FTD, is starting to see what the internet can do for them, as well as companies like amazon.com, ktel, and many others. Small businesses as well as fortune 500 companies are there. I could go on and on its not going to slow down Sergio, its going to grow. The people who dont have acsess now, want it, and will get it in the years to come. Its the information highway, its here, and I dont think it is ever going to not be a part of everyones daily lives in the years to come. <all imo, of course> Sandra
