Marty; ( OT ) Thanks I saved your post , and will add them to my
books to read list. Right now I'm hung up in some story of
Hitler, and how some Office of Strategic Services , that I had never
heard of, felt that towards the end of the war if they could
get rid of Hitler, there was a grope of German officers ready to
assume command and would agree to a surrender , which could likely
prevent him from setting up with the SS in the Alps and the
war dragging on for two more years. I can't tell yet if it's fiction
or not. The Author does a lot of name dropping and quoting and
if it is fiction I doubt he could have got away with that much.
