Dear Don, In all fairness to VOCLF, one must also say that Israeli stocks in general are getting clobbered lately. FLSHF, which zoomed after the Microsoft announcement recently and which continues to log great new contracts, pulled back significantly; look also at CHKPF, TCNOF, OSHSF, DSSI, TSEMF -- the list goes on and on except for the occasional exception like a laser surgery company called LZRCF, which has doubled since November. Even companies on the brink of great things -- PARS, a pharmaceutical house, the first in Israel's history to win two FDA approvals and which has a blockbuster drug in late stage development -- get no respect on the Street (it sells for under $3/share).

I've actively traded Israeli stocks for two years and find, for the most part, that they trade in channels rather than long upswings. I'm not happy about my VOCLF investment, but hope that this is a case of being at the bottom of such a trading channel and it needing patience. When VOCLF flies, it flies very nicely.

Good luck to us all.
Ariella
