Make that RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ) Statute. As opposed to the more ideal for the Clintons and their cronies, REICO, (Racketeer Entirely Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ).

Perhaps the lawyers could weigh in here, but I think there actually may be a case under the RICO statute. Starr would have to establish a pattern of illegal activity.
