The plant is designed and ready to get under way with the construction ... they have not started construction yet to my knowledge but checking out suppliers and so forth. For all I know the parts are on order. I will give John Spriggs a call Monday and see where the status is ... Last time I talked to him he wanted to make sure the design and all agencies were satisified with the design and it met all requirements before ordering parts for assemblage. John promise me all this bull, rumors, misinformation, etc. etc. etc. we have been experiencing is all coming to a head really soon and getting on with the business focusing on DF-144. He does not appeared worried about the money though however is he has an established budget to build the plany which is a 150,000 gallon per day. John to date has never lied to me, made a stupid remark to anyone I know of nor got caught by a savvy chemist. I was on conference and listened to this man talking to Baylor after that online guy did what he did. John KNOWS this technology and DF-144 like the back of his hand. He can communicate with the industry on their level. I have to admit he not only took me by surprise but he also shocked Baylor a little bit I gather by the tone of their voices.. He mentioned infrared technology and Baylor was not up on it. He also had all the numbers and was answering questions faster than they could ask them. Now I know they are till trying to get all their ducks in a row and growing pains are going to happen. This is normal with start up corporations. Just a matter of fine tuning the corporation is all. It is always bleakest before the dawn in most cases. I realize people like to spread rumors, heck all you have to do is mention a rumor and some take it as fact. This is how naysayers work. Me I capitalize on it personally. I know what we have and I am prepared for whatever comes this way. LOL ... Most know that too. I can definitely defend this stock but I see an apple I call it an apple. I will drive this into people minds before long. Instead of anticipation try clarification; instead of expectation try verification; NEVER have on blinders and use common sense. I am trying very hard to post the facts as I know them and not be a vessel for a naysayers. I want the proof. Until I have the proven facts I am not going to be an emotional investor. Now from those facts I will speculate like everyone else. Heck speculation based on solid DD in these shells is why we accumulate. GB
