Anthony, I am not familiar with patent protection worldwide,
but should I assume that those countries who honor patents
would not allow companies in their country to buy the drug from these rip-off artists. What recourse does Pfiser have in order to protect
their investment from this country who violates international trade
laws?

Rip off artists are everywhere and we really cannot stop that unless we have a stick to beat them over the head with. i see no reason for india to listen to bill clinton.

There will be a lot of deaths and Cipla will make a boatload of money. but, when india asks the U.S. for a favor, we might just bring this up.
