Scotsman, I would not invest in MSFT at these prices myself, but if you follow the theory of the "greater fool", it sure could run all the way to 100. On normal valuation basis, MSFT is extremely expensive. You should add to the DOJ problems the possible deceleration for a year or two of the growth rate in the earnings. After all this company is selling at 15 or so time sales, at more than 40 times earnings. If the momentum players stop playing for some reason, this could easily go to the 60' and if we get a real bear market, it might behave like Xerox and Polaroid did in the 70. I am not saying it will, mind you, and for the time being its huge liquidity makes it a vehicle for all the fund managers needing to put the money flowing in somewhere. If you still want to play it, then here is a pretty good place to buy (actually, from a technical point of view, you may want to Stop buy just above 88 and have a stop loss just under 82).

There is still a lot of glamor in Gate and until this glamor abates, who knows how far it can go. Why not buy Yahoo? (VBG).
