I got a proxy in the mail along with the proposed merger agreement. I understand that they are going to increase the total number of shares to a hundred million. Won't that severely dilute the price of the current shares? As for the debt, if the shares are traded and the price increases/share, won't that give the company an option to sell some of their shares and wipe out the debt? That way they won't be under severe pressure to turn a profit in the 1st quarter of the the new ATCT
