The more I look at this merger, the less appealing it is. If they dilute share value by offering an additional 70mill shares, there is going to be a very high mountain to climb before existing ATCT shareholders have a chance to see their share values increase.

It's one thing to issue additional stock, it's another thing for the stock to have value. And where talking about two non-profitable organizations.

If a bankrupt government prints off a bunch of money, what's the result?

That being said, clearly the combined org will end up with better management. Is that management worth the share inflation?
