Well, information is difficult to come by here but SCAM? Since there is no known promoter, not a lot of hype here and no flood of news releases from the company, I doubt if there is a scam going on. but hey, I could be wrong. Will continue to DD.

Well FlatTax Man ... companies go though these cycles all the time... Take a look at a chart on PEQM [Process Equipment] for example. The company was totally tanking under former management. However, since George took over four years ago the company has been in a constant uptrend from .03 cent range to a recent high of .68 [ now .43x.50] go here: biz.yahoo.com and then go to edgar and read the reports. PEQM is low tech ... but solid growth under good management. My take is that Eli is turning things around...but hey...do your own DD -- Call Eli and talk to him yourself. Lazarus
