. I think this actually a pretty good idea, but they probably should have made it clearer what "signing up" actually meant. personally.... i would have to say it sounds insulting. and i am disappointed, if not completely surprised. i find it offensive when companies lead someone down a garden path in order to obtain demographics. i would be curious to know if & when this alleged prospective customer list is ever actually used. rather, i think it is simply a marketing survey, and i would be alot less irritated if they came out & said so. tell me: when they CONGRATULATE YOU, do they give a name to the service you wisely chose?
