Sure Cary - I'd post the CMDL stuff myself but I don't seem to have access to it on SI anymore... Re: if it will be acquired, I haven't heard anything but it does occupy a nice niche as a market leader of telephony solutions for small and medium size business customers. A company like Nortel that is focused on the largest customers might be interested in expanding quickly into that niche and they'd find a good buy with CMDL. I know you realize that the play should be on the company's fundamentals though as the merger stuff might never happen. Phil
