august... do you often fly on international routes? just curious as you speak about the composition on your plane... anyway..for what it's worth: Figures from the World Airline Entertainment Association show that airline expenditures on inflight entertainment and on-board communications has more than tripled from US$0.4 billion in 1992 to US$1.3 billion in 1997. Research now indicates that the main differentiators in selecting an airline are comfort, space and entertainment as opposed to the traditional categories of food & beverage and service. . this would support the trends seen in first classcurrently.
