No problem. If anybody else has any questions, I'll be more than happy to ask them tomorrow in person.

I know one requirement to get on Nasdaq, TPII must have a minimum bid of $4 for I think 30 days - correct me if I'm wrong - as well as a half dozen other requirements.

Hi Jason,

One of the requirements for NASDAQ listing is maintaining a stock price above $4 for a certain period of time (it used to be $3, but was changed recently). They also must have a certain level of assets (in the Millions of $$, I recall). I own ABMC and they just got listed within the last year -- you may want to look at some of their press releases. I know that the 2 I just mentioned were 2 that prevented them from listing initially. Then, NASDAQ gave ABMC a conditional listing until their price was able to maintain $4. If TPII really plans to get listed, we should be in for a wild and rewarding ride. :)
