ROD, There could be significant synergies between ICGX and ELIX; however, I don't think ELIX could buy ICGX, particularly given that its own currency is so cheap. The parent, CZN is splitting the telecoms businesses off from the utility businesses, but that will take time and until then I don't think ELIX has a decent currency to go after ICGX. A merger of ICGX and ICIX makes a lot of sense and is doable because ICIX has a somewhat stronger currency than ICGX. Off topic, expect big things from TGNT.
