The way I read it is that PanAmBankCorp needed a company a.s.a.p. To do that they buy a company already in place, then when all is said and done, they change the name/symbol and carry on business under the new name. Reverse Merger. Anyone out there who can correct me if I am misinformed? Thanks.

I have most of my eggs in this basket. There are very good reasons. You are now seeing why this is such a "chance of a lifetime" opportunity (as we are moving upward daily). Congratulations to any of you that own this one! We are at the ground floor and things are going to be happening FAST!!! If MASSIVE profits are what you want, then I don't know of a better opportuntity for our money. As you know, trade at your own risk. But don't close your eyes to the facts either!!! This technology is rapidly expanding in the mortgage industry (internationally). This is truly exciting!
