Right again, Alberto. I wouldn't be surprised if the company files for bankruptcy and we see a change in listing from MPEG to MPEGQ. This thread may then turn to monitor news about all sorts of litigation that would ensue... mainly from creditors... but most certainly also from disgruntled investors crying "foul".

The patents Mr. Koz endorsed to InnovaCom in exchange of stock may or may not be of much value at this point. For all intents and purposes, even Mr. Koz himself may very well take legal action against the company to recover them, now that the stock will soon be worthless.

We'll probably see that, and many other downright freak events, anytime soon now.
