LOD, when you try to justify doom and gloom with Dell you tend to rush to judgement. What I continue to find interesting is that there is absolutely nothing negative I can find about this company, and believe me, I have looked! When I first invested in Dell I was concerned because I didn't see barriers to entry and the stock seemed expensive. But as I studied further I realized that Dell's business plan relying on JIT and BTO manufacturing and negative cash conversion cycle numbers were the barriers to entry, and those factors by themselves were sufficient to justify a higher relative p/e over Dell's (I hate to use the term) peers. Now superimpose an industry-leading growth rate, and what are you left with if you are a bear? Some crows sitting on telephone line, or some insiders deciding to convert their options to cash. Oh, and I can't forget this one -- the world is coming to an end and we should buy gold.

TTFN,
CTC

I shall ignore the fact that you called me a name. I trust you won't let it happen again.
