Interesting that Intel claims PB/NEC will use the chip. If so, bad news for Cyrix/NSM.

I wonder how Pfizer feels if they have to give up their R&D on their new wonder drug Viagra? If the FTC suceeds, I feel sorry for the company investing billions and billions in the cure for cancer. AIDS?

Intellectual Property is guarded under the constitution. It gives the patent holder a limited monopoly for 17 years from date of issuance, or 20 years from date of filing (under current GATT treaty).
