Re -- In fact the FTC is accusing Intel of crushing its competitors' patents. Intel is basically shutting off the water on its customers that are asserting patent claims against them.

The issue really is wether EVERYONE is entitled to Intel's IP and future plans (because of "crucial technology". Is Viagra crucial technology). If so does Intel have protection against someone using its own IP against it.

Even water supply can be cut off if bills are not paid. Intel is not charging for its IP.

I dont believe Intel cut off the supply of the chips to the customers.
