Have your olfactories gone on red-alert also, Dwight? Cognitive dissonance is just that for a reason. No, this doesn't seem "right"; clearly something is amiss, and somehow, somewhere, in some way we are being misled or, at the very least, being led down the proverbial primrose path. Oh, that Hans Christian Andersen were alive to chronicle this fairy tale; it would rival "The Emperor's New Clothes".

You have to remember that there is a large short position here. I have estimated there is about 80,000,000. shares being traded. 44,000,000 of these shares don't exist they are naked shorts. The investor/ share ratio is 100,000 shares each. That's only $7,000 investment each.
