Thanks again, Larry, for a very interesting
post.

What a bunch of slimy sons-of-sluts
those bastards are! Their parents must have
been friends of Bill's and Hillary's parents.
Apparently, they were never taught anything
about honesty, character, ethics, trust, truth,
shame and honor.

Regards,
Jim

In an amendment to my earlier note, I believe the term "subscriber list" should have been "schedule list". I met and spoke to various groups of people yesterday in different agencies/departments/entities who used a slightly different vocabulary from one another. Perhaps there is a distinction but it is beyond my neophyte understanding of the legal system.

Larry Huang & ALL:

That's a very interesting set of comments, I'm printing it to look more closely. Just skimmed it.

BUT - Larry - just had the word from Houston that the Hearing is on Monday 22 June at 1:30. They must have changed it to provide more time for arguments. When you get the collection of people that Jimpit describes overleaf, there's likely to be lots of blustering - and a variety of other descriptive Anglo Saxon words, suggesting the sewage that some of the players oozed from. Clearly the judge recognizes a good deal of that - and is compensating.

I will be there, and hopefully one or two of the prospective investors.
Can not report anything at this stage, and I hope that you all understand why. There will be a full account in due course.

Hello Larry,

Your post was very informative. Thank you for joining us here.

You made a number of good points, but the jist of course, is that everyone has been treated equally as bad, and as illegal, as one can possibly imagine by these unbelievable characters. The court must eventually tune in to the simple notion that all this effort on their part is not just to pick up a few remaining engineers at a worthless company!

Your point of view has come to Laphen's attention now, it dovetails into the shareholder's. A normal business failure would not see this kind of treatment. The goofy, and shabby behavior has been on purpose. And everyone now ought to be convinced of it. My hope of course is that those remaining at the company will hang on while the truth works its will on the court.

The shareholders are not done yet, and when our day comes, we will be much more agreeable to work with on all matters that you raise.

The wheels of justice grind interminably slow. We will be here to see it thru, moving along one day at a time.

See you in Austin on the 22nd- if that's the day. We will trade notes then, and many of us want to meet and thank Tom (and Val) for their sustained hard work for all our benefit- to set things right, for the public record!

yours,
dd
