If 42000 try muse

I think this is too optimistic for reasons already given by others on the thread. Let's say 20% of 84000 instead

1. 20% of 84000 is 17000
2. It works for 50% gives 8500
3. Of those it works for 10% stick to it (dropouts/cures?) gives 850

By being not unreasonably cautious the recruitment can be reduced to 1%.

I would like some more comment from the physicians on this thread about 3. To me the script data suggests a recruitment of 10% - of course some 'dropouts' might be temporary cures. They must surely know from their experiences.
