I agree. I have not found any use for the scans in Ver4 other than to lead me around on a wild goose chase. I think major changes are necessary. Also updating and overall operation of the system is marginal at best. The old ver3 is much better, I could customize my scans to bring up any chart pattern that I wanted to. Big mistakes here.

Hopefully if more people send Worden Bros. E-mails similar to yours, they may start paying attention. I certainly wasn't able to get them to realize the seriousness of their stupidity, and I am willing to bet that a lot of people using their version 4 data don't even know about the fake holiday data, since they don't publicize it.

Dave, nice letter to Worden. Thanks for posting it. I hope they get the message.

My biggest rub with ver 4 is that you must export the data for use by other programs. The reason I wanted ver 4 to start with, was so I could download data during the day, and use the data directly in other programs, such as my EZPnF program.

Unfortunately, I'll need to look for another source of intraday data directly readable by other programs. Any ideas on that? Thanks.

Ice

David--Great e-mail. I concur for slightly different reasons. I really like TCPro and find v4 irritating and very slow during market time downloads. Also I like the scan capabilities on pro that are missing on V4. Also, one can get more current data right on SI and other free sites. I plan to return v4 and try out Qp2 as soon as my balance is used up on TCpro. Let me know if you get with it first and what your impressions are of QP2. Myron
