When is this creep going to run out of shares?? How many did he accumulate under the "watchful" eyes of the Westell Board of Directors? Think about it. If one buys Westell stock now, part of the investment goes into making sure Gary spends his days in luxury. Sure gives one an incentive to commit funds.
The Board of Directors should come out with a public apology for enriching Mr. Seamans at the expense of shareholder Joe Sixpack. The chairman of the compensation committed should be flogged. It's totally disgusting how Boards honor company chairman with these perks. Have they no shame? They are supposed (admittedly a theory) to look out for the shareholders in their deliberations. What a Joke!
