And just to be fair, my private response...

I sincerely wish I had a simple answer for you. Not knowing your personal financial
situation even makes it that much more difficult. If your putting up your child's college
education money, I'd most certainly say, "NO"! If your simply averaging down with
money that you can afford to lose, it might be a possibility.

In most penny stock companies, it appears the cast of characters are very similiar.
Remember, these companies aren't trading for pennies for nothing. There are very
FEW companies that actually make it. I learned this lesson the hard & expensive way.

As for NAMX, I'm just not sure. With Ebeling gone, the picture does indeed look
better. I've voiced my concerns about the company on the NAMX thread. There are
still too many questions that have gone unanswered. Until these were dealt with, I'd
personally stay on the sidelines and watch the fireworks.

Well.. interesting. To be included in a stealth copy and paste poll.

My answer:

Todd,

I wish I could answer your question, I too have been an investor for quite a while. I am
down over 95%. You seem to have a pretty good handle on what has happened in the past
with the company. I agree that NAMX has been hammered down by a series of people
making money by scamming anyone they can in any way possible, including illicit ways.

They seem to be currently claiming (Stamm in his letter) to be trying to clean up this
mess a little.

There are three things that have to happen for the copany to even have a chance in my
opinion.

1. They must cancel and not reissue alot of shares.
2. They must make provable income from exisiting wells to start to pay down debt. (This
should include becoming a reporting company.0
3. EMSOUNDER must be viable working technology. They should find, and start bring on
line more working wells.

I think the chances of these three things happening are slim at best.

I am not selling my shares since they are worth very little at the moment. If they do cancel
shares i expect a 5- 10 cent rise in price before it drops back down to 7 - 8 cents.

BTW I can offer no opinion on Marty. He has been a long time devotee to the company
that was only recently hired to do PR or Ir or something...

Good luck.

James
