My response: Averaging down [to recoup losses] is never a good idea. I think it will probably get back to 12›, but who knows? Marty is a mouthpiece and knows nothing, IMO. Stamm may be on the level, and he claims to be finding good people to run the company. He also promises to be forthcoming with information, and he made a start on this last week. Stamm is responsible for ousting Jesse Taylor, Peter Boonen, and Paul Ebeling. They were in IMMM before Stamm and the emsounder joined it. Stamm claims responsibility for wresting control of the company from all three of them. He now is in a position to run the company as it should be run. Whether he will do it, whether he can do it, or whether the emsounder works, I don't know. M.M.
