Isn't the privilege there to protect against self incrimination? Since Mr Foster is now beyond the jurisdiction of all earthly authorities, it would seem the privilege is now moot.

Well, I thought attorney/client privilege was meant to protect someone from self-incrimination. If you're dead, you obviously cannot be prosecuted. In Foster's case, he's not the one being investigated, Hillary is. bp
