These are sales-out (from channel to customer) measurements. BTW I believe Dell is #1 in notebook sales to corporate accounts, no shabby achievement either

Jim, you raise an interesting point about selling into the channel. This, if true, really is the classic case of stuffing the channel. What we really need are reports that talk about sales to end-users. Sales that include channel members as customers are really meaningless.

BTW, I'm hearing rumors through my own grapevine that Dell's notebook sales are up 104% year over year.
