Gary Smith apparently is a serious and experienced trader and I believe he is successful at it. I also thinks he trades pretty much full-time.

Experienced traders typically stick to a handful of systems and/or patterns that are proven work (for them) and don't change easily.

Gary S. seems to be all over the place with his trading strategies, which is why I'd take his advice with a grain of salt.
