Charles,

I received the material also. Did you notice that FIBR had 1677 employees (full time and consultants) on Jan 31, 1998? Is it just me who thinks that its extremely high for 112 MM in annual revenues? Just wonder what all these folks are producing..Are their products so labor intensive? This amounts to about 68K in revenues per employee. Me thinks it is very low. I also voted against Par having reelected, FWIW.

Regards,

JK

Hello Charles,

I hope life is treating you well...

I think all of the board members have pretty good qualifications to be in the position they are in, BUT I personally wouldn't vote for either Hecht or Powell. They seem to be just puppets of Par. Weren't they both on the board when Par offered his resignation (maybe only one was) but didn't accept it for some reason? I couldn't vote for anyone that didn't accept his resignation. I may be stubborn on this point...

I like Xin a lot. He's very excited about the Gigamux and seems to be on the up and up. I'd rather have an outsider on the board in place of him, but if I'm voting against the above two already I might want to keep a few around to avoid a total shake up.

No comment on Renn. Could be good or bad.

Honestly, I think there's a better chance of stockholders being bitter this time around and voting against the directors than last time. It could be a close vote depending on sentiment.
