If I understand the Grand Jury process, the rules for what testimony is allowed is given much more latitude than an actual trial. I must re-iterate to you that Foster was not a target. What if a person had exculpatory evidence or knowledge that they conveyed to an attorney, are you saying that the person under investigation shouldn't have access to that evidence, simply because it is in the hands of an attorney?
