I recently spoke with the CEO (John) and according to him the float is 165,000,000 million. There are another couple hundred million shares restricted for warrants. The authorized is 750,000,000. I was surprised that all this volume didn't leave much of an impact in terms of the closing price. The 165,000,000 might help explain that. But last time we saw this much volume, the share price almost doubled. I'm sure the MMs were ready for us this time. We should see some more solid climbing once we find out more info on the company from the upcoming press releases. He also said they will likely start up a web site to promote the business and also have a better means of communicating with shareholders.
