Interesting. Obviously something is awry at WDC. And this is the day Salomon Smith Barney upped Seagate to a "buy". WDC, SEG, and Quantum all went up today, while Adaptec went down. The Hodgkin rule.

Effect on Adaptec? It won't help but I'm not sure it will hurt that much. Anyway, we're used to hurt (and don't like it).
