Well I do think the move away from an absolute privilege toward the balancing the Courts now employ is a good one overall. The tobacco industry was apparently able to get away with fraud for years by concealing its conspiracy behind a veil of attorney client privilege. JLA

BP- One more point and then I need to leave the office. Our system is certainly flawed as is most human endeavor and there are a lot of things which could be better. I can honestly say however, I have traveled all over the world and as bad as it is I've not come across any better system. Cliche, but it works for me. JLA
