MSFDC has the same problem, I posted this in March:

"After nine years with Microsoft, Cornelius Willis, Microsoft's director of platform marketing, has left the company to join an as-yet-unnamed startup that's building an Internet-based electronic payment system. Sources say Willis snagged some key technical people from Microsoft's own E-commerce effort."

..Microsoft has bigger problems with old time employees leaving, since most have made millions. How do you motivate someone with a million bucks to come to work?

Benny

Being from Michigan....and a watcher of WGN out of Chicago..I became a fan of the Cubs, and Chicago Sports in general.

After being a Chicago Fan for 30 plus years here's my take.

The Cubs are a farm team...discover great talent and won't pay what it takes to keep key talent.

The Bears after success in 80's under Ditka, Ryan, and McMann..defense scored more TD's than the offense. Ego's and money split them up.

The Bulls.......talk about different strokes and folks....but some how they make it work. And that my friends is how to run a business.

But what the heck do I know...I watch too much Chicago Sports...and I live in Michigan.

But after tonights thoughts, I have to ask myself...are these guys Cubs, Bears or Bulls.

Where did everybody go?

Heck I'm going on vaction on saturday...and at about 3:30 today had my communications server go down at the office today. Not a big problem, but it needs to be fixed before I leave.

Brought it and a six pack home....fixed the sucker in 30 minutes with parts I had around the house. Not a big deal...but I've got 4 more beers and nobodies talking.....

I made one heck of a lot of money today...how about you guys?

BTW...my personal take on the ship jumping...looks like Bears
