In view of past experience we believe in looking in a gift horse's mouth and see what kind of baggage he may have stuffed in it. Our friend in the shadows who knew about the emissions deal told us about to move forward one we have to step back two. Now that we know the first part we are wondering about the second.

Tom, great news. Sometimes I think that we are a cat with nine lives and have used at least 7 or 8 of them already. I for one am excited to hear about the new partners. IMHO one of the things that has been missing is a larger management team that can back each other up and work on several issues at a time, as opposed to the past situation where clearly you, Mike and Dave had difficulty juggling so many balls in the air and good opportunities were missed. This is not just my observation but also that of more than one of your customers that I have spoken with. We know the dilution has to come for the stock swap and a reverse is an absolute necessity so hit us with it as soon as those details are ready. Also, as you can, fill us in on stock swap % details, new company name (I hope), Management positions (are Dan and Lorne in the picture), forecasted revenues for ECC, RAVE status, and any other information you can share. Brief response to post # 9220.....Who determined that the multi-media center is worth 12-15 million??? "have the "tools" to move the company where "WE" want....exactly who is the "WE"????? Selling "TRUDEF" really?? how much??? how many units sold/shipped???obviously you have no inventory or production going?? with out facilities or cash?? or do you/we??? What happened to "ALL" the facilities that TMM merged into with AMCI???? did they go to Colorado??? just fade away????? Certainly, amongst all the TMM/SI followers/stockholders there is someone that may be able to read a financial overview that ECHO must have???I said an "OVERVIEW" not secret financial document!! to let us know the address, and composition of the new partner!! with a hundred million shares we should be able to release a "NEWS RELEASE" that goes somewhere besides SILICON INVESTOR stock talk thread!!! First we worried about Kramer & family......then we worried about Juanita.......then we worried about telephones being turned off....then we worried about BK hearings....then we worried about how bad the Shark was for our investment......then it was the offices moving and we didnt know where....and then the parking lot was empty, and the offices were closed, but negotiating were ongoing with BIG BIG musical group/distributor...then Elvis/Trudef BIG BIG sales....then the distraction so, we wouldnt have to worry about worrying....Echo, fell down or something and hurt his wing?? just as we stoped worrying....now Dave is in the hospital....hell Im just getting over worrying about Kramers wife, does she miss him??? is he back?? does anyone care??? should I stop worrying??? is all the detail of this mega merger going to be announced by Al Gore as part of this Environmental platform????? the plot thickens !! Please lets stay off health issues....this is an investment venue, I think? Thanks,
