Waldy, you nailed it perfectly. In many respects this is a typical tmmi news release - promise the moon but give no real details to back it up. Put on your thinking cap for a moment and tell me what kind of company allows itself to be purchased by an about-to-come-out-of-bankruptcy company? Is it a company with: 1. A big idea or a small idea? 2. Real assets or blue sky? 3. Marketable products or the latest whiz-bang miracle product? 4. A borrowed key giving access to a multi-media center or an oversized three car garage with sound insulation and two year old pc's? Sounds like much ado about nothing to me. Arnie
