CCSI responds per Dow Wire 8:20 pm---lack ability to cut and paste off of Dow wire,but to paraphrase... Chromatics mulls legal action against Asensio...CCSI will soon release a detailed response to allegations made by the brokerage firm. CCSI says that Asensio has a large short position in their stock...CCSI reported that they had contacted the SEC and the NASD concerning the recent trading of its stock and related activities by Asensio... Finally some type of response,belated but welcome. I hope this serves to place on notice all firms which cannot cover...
