Now your catching on, the financiers obviously converted at what they felt was the stock's low on anticipation of an upward trend !!!
Consequently due to recent developments they are currently holding a considerable amount of shares . Undeniably it would be in their best interest for Innovacom to succeed.

As for the number of shares converted. I don't think we will know this until their next Q filling. My guesstimate is that the conversion with the discount was done in the $1.50 range adding about 3.5M more shares to the outstanding (just a guess).
