Amir: I had anticipated this. Despite this pre-announcement,the issue is still not resolved. The markets in Japan, S.E Asia and the Far East
do not show any signs of recovery. Normally it takes 3 to 4 years for
the Banks and Real Estate to deflate. In the U.S it took from 91-95.

I am not sure of how ALTR has assessed the market for the rest of 98 and 99. Fortunately, they are not cash strapped and therefore will easily survive this crisis in Asia.
