TO ALL:***********************

I just spoke with macker and he wanted me to post this for him:

1. As far as he knows, NO NEWS THIS WEEK. Also, he believes more news in the next week or two will be forthcoming. Whoever said they spoke with macker and was told news this week must have misunderstood him.

Steve

Lets forget about ICVI for a moment and talk about the price of oil.

Historically, Oil was closer to $17-$22 a barrel.

Today, it dropped yet again and is now $13.60 a barrel

Do you see a problem here?

ICVI may or may not have significant reserves of gas/oil in West VA.

If they do, they aren't going to make a good penny on it right now.

If its anything like Gold Mining (which I know more about than oil), there is a price where oil drilling becomes too expensive due to the low price of oil.

And unfortunately, ICVI can do nothing to affect the world oil prices.

That's just how Oil stocks work folks.

You can debate whether or not ICVI has huge reserves of oil in W. VA until you are blue in the face, but if they can't make money from it... the point is moot , isn't it?

I contend that it is the price of oil that is hurting your stock.

Consider this possibility.

Good Trading!

Marc-

You are forgetting one VERY important bit of history. Even when Gort was saying the deal was done and PR was due out any day now the price did not rocket (so to speak). It was not until Mr. Uselton was reached by macker and confirmed by rocketman that the price spiralled up. That independent confirmation of the deal outside ICVI is what made all the difference. The fact of the matter is that things are TRUELY different this time. Uselton is for real (as confirmed by sources here and on YAHOO) and is an independent player from ICVI. No reverse split, new management, new company.

I understand your disdain for ICVI but feel it is misplaced here as this is no longer ICVI. I will cut and paste the appropriate posts for the above information if you want me to but really do not think its necessary.

Eric
