Didn't IR tell to somebody on the phone that the ESVS Shareholder Meeting would be sometime this week. If this is true, they might be approving the merger right now and we could expect an official announcement shortly thereafter. Maybe we are really, really close. Any thoughts? Felix

Blue Fox this was off the Yahoo thread from you "The 8-K states that capital structure must remain the same as it was in early March, thus the split should have no effect on the ratio."I could be wrong and if i am sorry,but wasnt your view on this subject a few days ago on SI the opposite?{the capital structure remaining the same part} I thought you said something like the capital structure didnt have to stay the same .Do your answers change to keep you on the negative side ? Looking back on your post it would appear so.If i am wrong please except my apology.
