Jimmy your truly a sad man but if you insist on turning the SI into a Jerry Springfield show like Prodigy then so be it. Yeah Orly's got his share of faults (now don't we all) but I'll let everyone in on a big secret....his biggest fault is that he has too big of a heart. He has a real soft spot for helping the underdog, the people who had back breaks, the ones who are down and out. But I think that you'll agree Jimmy that there's no place for people like that in this type of business. But that's his problem and we all have to live with ourselves. Now I am trying to recall how you got connected with Mink in the first place. I believe it was through a mutual friend of yours and Orly. Someone in Seattle recommended you to Orly. Something about you wanting to get to make a comeback into the business and a PR position would be a great place to start again. Well we did some checking up and boy did you have baggage! You were Samsonite's best customer. The wild days of the VSE and the hay days of being a "chalk mark" stock broker. They sure know you here on Howe Street. Anyway regardless of everyone's advice he hired you anyway. You see he has another fault..can't turn down a favour for a good friend. And throughout the entire time you spent with Mink I don't think anyone treated you better besides your own family. But that's the nature of Orly and I'm sure some day he'll learn. Then one day it was becoming apparent that your pay cheque would be delayed a day or two. Hey, it happens in this business. Missed a couple myself don't you know. You had no problem insisting then that Orly should sell some stock to pay your way. (curious to know what the chalk marks would of said about that.) Well he wouldn't and you flipped out and left in one big huff! But you did get paid, Orly always makes sure about things like that. Yeah I know there's still some problem with a phone bill, but we won't go there on this one and I won't go into the business about people using shareholders database for other purposes (Shirley keeps reminding me about a fax)...... unless you want to that is. Jimmy, your biggest nightmare is us finding the mine (and you know we will) and knowing you walked away from all those options. The same options by the way that you were always trying to get Orly to reset lower. There's certainly one place that accusations about reputations, credibility and hiding the truths shouldn't be coming from. I apologize to all for contributing to this Jerry Springfield show but I thought it was finally time that the readers understand why your really ticked off at Orly and why you would dearly like to see him fail. Because if he's successful you'll never be able to live it down. We have no problem taking criticism but it has a lot more purpose if it comes from people who know what they are talking about. Now for the rest of the viewers out there I'd like to talk about something far more important....The Company. Now even the worst skeptics admit to what a great property we have in both the diamonds and gold. Some of the criticism from up above has been about the management, yeah well OK we all know it's really Orly. Well I'm going to tell you that if anybody can pull it off it's going to be Orly. The man doesn't work ten hours a day six days a week (goes to church on Sunday) because he thinks he's on holiday. He's is doing this for one purpose and one purpose alone and that is to find a mine(s). Both on the Diamond and Gold properties. His heart and life are focused on that one goal and if I had to chose any man to be sitting in the President's chair right it would still be Orly, and I say that as a Mink shareholder. I too have a lot of time a money invested in this company and if I thought that there was no chance or even a slim chance of finding a mine I would of been gone some time ago to "greener pastures". But a mine there will be. And for those skeptics and weak of hearts your playing the wrong game if you don't recognize that fact. Times are tough you bet. Gold mines shutting down. Look at the charts of some of leading gold exploration companies. Nevsun in Mali for example was a contender and still is, but there stock has plummeted even with millions of ounces in reserves. The frustrated gold investor has shifted to diamonds looking for a quick return and after a year he is now just learning that there is no quick return in diamonds regardless what some people would tell you. It's a long hard haul. Look at the charts of the company's in Alberta. Everyone thought that you could just fly a quick aeromag, drill and kimberlite pipes will appear everywhere. Well they're finding that it's not that easy (there's a reason why diamonds are expensive). And there spending a lot of money drilling blindly to find that out. When Mink puts a drill into a kimberlite target we are 80% certain that's it's going to be kimberlite and that's because of two years of extensive prepatory ground work. And when we do drill we do it at a fraction of the cost of anyone and anywhere else in the world. $30/meter compared to $100+ in Alberta and $200+ in the Northwest Territories. On a 300 meter hole I'll let you calculate the savings. Ashton Canada is doing a great job in Alberta but investors are realizing that finding small diamonds is only one of many steps to go and many millions of dollars have yet to be spent before a mine is found. As investors learn these facts about diamond exploration they become frustrated. They're becoming more frustrated because there is nowhere else to turn for that quick return on their investments. Our critics will have you believe that it's our partner Ashton Australia that will find our mine. Well they're wrong....it will be Mink. It's Minks job to find the kimberlite bodies and we've been doing an excellent job at that. Six kimberlite pipes in eight weeks and there's plenty more out there to be found. Show me a company that can match that record. It takes good people and good data to be able to do that and Mink has both. It was Mink personnel that found those pipes and will continue to find many more. It's Ashton's job to evaluate the kimberlite that Mink provides them and they are doing their job well too. It's a great team. I know some of you are getting tired of news releases about finding another pipe but with each pipe is another chance of a mine. Only 5-15% of pipes will be contain diamonds and only an extremely small fraction will be economic. Therefore more pipes = more chances. An important player here is Bernard Rowe. Bernard spent a year on the property while he was with Ashton. After he got married the new management in Ashton let him go. After a year of dealing with outside consultants that Ashton rotated on the project with little results it was Orly who said that enough was enough. He contacted Bernard and asked him to join the Mink team. It was Orly who recognized the value and important contribution that Bernard could provide the Kenieba project. Bernard turned down offers from Ashton to return to work on their projects in Angola and Mauritania. He chose instead to accept Orlys offer because he liked the company and most important he loved the Kenieba project. He truly feels that this is the best diamond project he has seen yet. We gave him our database and boy did he ever produce. Ashton even asked Bernard how he managed to find all the pipes in such a short time. It was Bernard who discovered the massive Kassama pipe. BRGM who is one of the world leaders in gold and diamond exploration thought there was a pipe there but couldn't find it. Bernard looked at our database and said there had to be a kimberlite pipe there and found it! To give you an idea as to how good our database is on the project, Bernard actually found the Kassama using only the database while he was still in Australia. Keeping on the subject of the Kassama kimberlite pipe few people can grasp the enormous size of this pipe 44 - 65 hectares. I like to use the following two analogies. 1. Look out your window and pick a spot 1 kilometer away (.6 miles for our American friends). Now imagine putting a hollow pipe only 1.75" in diameter in the ground somewhere in between. With the material that you pull out can you accurately tell me everything about the ground underneath between your window and the point 1 km away?. 2. Now I would like you to fill your living room completely with dirt (no not really). Throw in three - one carat diamonds in the dirt (for those with really big living rooms throw in one more carat). What you have in your living room is a diamond mine. Now put that 1.75" diameter pipe down into your living room. What's the chances of you hitting a diamond. And if you don't do you still have a diamond mine. Would you walk away after one drill hole from a possible mine like the following: Jubilee Diamond Mine size = 56 hectares grade = 2 carats/ tonne value = $54,523,000,000 Red Diamond Mine size = 50 hectares grade = 1.5 c/t value = $34,138,000,000 Jwaneng Diamond Mine size = 30 hectares grade = 1.56 c/t value = $47,797,000,000 Small pipes can pack a wallop too. International Diamond Mine size = 1.8 hectares grade = 4 c/t value = $5,520,000,000 (yes the # of zeros are correct) A pipe the size of tbe Kassama is often comprised of several phases. Each phase is different in features and mineralogy because it is theorized that it formed at different time periods. These time periods may be in the hundreds or even millions of years. The kimberlite in each phase may have risen to the surface at different speeds or temperatures. Too fast, too slow or too hot and the diamonds are destroyed. The varying magnetic features of the Kassama is only our first clue as to it's complexity. Drilling (and not only one hole) will tell us more. Now it may or may not be the Kassama or the six other pipes which we are sending kimberlite to labs from, that will be the mine. But it will be one eventually. And why am I certain that we will inevitably find a diamond mine? Because we already know the Kenieba has Kimberlite Pipes .....Plenty of Pipes and Big Pipes. We also know that the Kenieba has Diamonds ......Plenty of Big Gem Quality Diamonds. All we have to do is find out which pipe(s) these diamonds come from. That's a lot fewer questions than most other diamond exploration companies have to answer. Mink will find those pipes! Quality information is of the utmost importance in diamond exploration and we have it. I would like to put up some very interesting maps on our website that will show all of you why we will find a lot more pipes. But unfortunately Ashton gets a little nervous about this. Through our exploration we have discovered some interesting trends in West Africa, an area which has not been as intensely explored as southern Africa. Because of our new information Ashton is a little concerned that we will be tipping off the competition in surrounding countries. Therefore I can't, but I do extend and open invitation to all who live in or near Vancouver or anyone planning on visiting our beautiful city this summer, to come into our office and I'll gladly give you the full show. I'll guarantee that when you leave you'll be impressed. Welcome to diamond exploration - you just gotta love it! Now I've got a lot of great things to talk to you about the gold as well but I'll leave that till next week. So good luck to all and please be careful, it's a tough world out there! George S.
