I'm new to this company and looking for reasons to buy. Could you clear up some confusion. I always thought that stocks not marginable could NOT be shorted as there were no shares to borrow. Obviously, MM can fool around but as far as real shorts, is that possible?

Also as far as a dividend, why would a growing company waste its assets on a dividend taxed as ordinary income to shareholders?

What is the company's cash position, debt, etc.
